EBITDA Adjustment

Deal Terms

Changes made to reported EBITDA to arrive at a normalized, pro forma figure that reflects the company's true earning power. Adjustments remove one time items and add back expenses that will not repeat.

Example

A quality of earnings review might add back 2 million of one time restructuring costs to EBITDA.
